We assert that above-government narco-trafficking primarily funds the human/alien interface - including a separate space program and vast covert base structures.

Elements of the global military industrial extra-terrestrial complex are operating a number of agendas aimed at shifting the evolutionary end-game of the planet. Understanding this network of 'rival gangs of reality shaman' requires new conceptual models beyond binary linguistic grids.

An agenda has been under way since 1945, when observation by off-world entities rapidly increased due to atomic testing, to encourage fear of ET civilisations. At the most covert level - evidence exists of human-alien liaison and it is possible that the vast disinformation and compartmentalisation structures are primarily deployed for this reason.

End-Game synthetic terror such as September 11th 2001 is being engineered to consolidate the use of terror as a weapon leading to the final stage as defined by Wernher Von Braun where the ET threat would be used to continue weaponising space.

Anti-Gravity and/or Over-Unity technologies are fact, are in the hands of above government factions and were developed from off-world hardware. Research into anti-gravity and superluminal travel implicitly interfaces with the space-time matrix. This is a contributing factor to why ET and advanced technology is currently rated as a disinformation priority.

Numerous neurotransmitters [drugs] provide a direct connection to the seat of consciousness and were engineered and placed on the planet to influence micro and macro novelty epochs. The war on drugs is part of the war on consciousness. It is possible to use some chemicals dissolve primary control mechanisms.
