The Opium Wars produced the first real state or cabal intelligence
networks and thus began the shady world of black budgets and the
detritus that goes with it. What's also not in public consciousness is that a continual strand of narco-funding by state or intel-linked groups is evident today.
After World War II and Operation PaperClip a group of Nazi influenced globalists began infiltrating the eastern opium markets for themselves and with the help of the US and European mafia flooded parts of the world with high grade heroin - this was Vietnam. This transferred to Iran and South America in the 80s and beyond when cocaine was important in massive quantities by this same faction. Chip Tatum apparently ended up on a beach after being missing for several months. After talking to ex-FBI head Ted Gunderson he had gambled on the publicity keeping him safe.
He stated he had even more documents ready to go out if he died. In this last interview he discusses as a first hand witness the involvement of Bush the Elder and characters like Oliver North in the importation of addictive drugs to sell on US and maybe other streets.
There is a lot of other evidence that this was taking place but the key players used the "arms to the Contras" as a diversion. We know of course only *limited* funds went this route and the rest lined pockets and funded other, off-budget systems. Chip places Oliver North at the actual cocaine processing plants - which were set up for the news as being the Leftist Sandinista faction for the worlds media when in fact it was the Contras who were doing the manufacture and supply to this US, above-government, criminal group.
